Bookings via Booking.com or Airbnb
Cancellation conditions are those displayed for your selected rate at the time of booking on Booking.com or Airbnb. Please review them before confirming — they prevail for platform reservations.
Direct Long-Stay Bookings
For stays booked directly with the residence (20+ days), cancellation terms are agreed in writing at the time of reservation.
Early Departure
No refund is due for nights not used after check-in, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
