Résidence Acharif was born from a simple conviction: travellers on Morocco's southern coast deserve accommodation held to the same standard as the world's finest addresses.
In El Ouatia — the seaside town of Tan-Tan province — six identical apartments were designed with one obsession: the smallest detail. Walnut wood, brass fittings, soft textures, warm light.
Each residence spans 75 m²: two bedrooms, a living room that gathers everyone, a kitchen equipped like your own, and a bathroom finished with Moroccan toiletries from Natus Marrakech.
Families spread out. Surfers rinse their wetsuits and rest. Remote workers settle in for weeks. And everyone gets the same welcome — European comfort, Moroccan soul.
