Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 14:00 to 00:00. Please communicate your arrival time in advance. Check-out is between 11:00 and 12:00.

Guests & Children

• Children of all ages are welcome.
• Children aged 3 and over are billed at the adult rate.
• A baby cot is available free of charge on request (ages 0–3).
• No extra beds are available.
• Each apartment hosts a maximum of 6 guests.

House Rules

• All apartments are strictly non-smoking.
• Pets are not permitted.
• No age restriction applies to check-in.
• Quiet hours: please respect neighbouring guests at night.

Payments & Bookings

Reservations are processed through Booking.com or Airbnb under their respective payment and guarantee terms. Direct long-stay bookings (20+ days) are agreed personally via WhatsApp or email.
